Qdin is a job-search service operated by Korall Group. This policy explains the information Qdin processes to provide job discovery, matching, alerts, résumé tools, and application tracking.
Information you provide
We process account details such as email address, username, and encrypted password credentials; profile details such as name, location, LinkedIn URL, salary preferences, skills, and work preferences; résumés and related career materials; job actions, alerts, and application-tracking information; and support communications.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, personalize job rankings and FIT assessments, deliver alerts, provide résumé and application tools, maintain security, troubleshoot the service, and comply with legal obligations. Some optional personalized features send relevant profile, résumé, or job-posting content to third-party AI providers only after the applicable choice is recorded in the iOS app.
Service providers
Qdin uses hosting and database providers, DigitalOcean Spaces for private résumé storage, Resend for transactional email, Telegram when you connect it, Google when you connect Gmail, and AI model providers for enabled personalized features. The iOS app disables Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights, and client-side Sentry reporting inside its WebView.
Retention and control
We keep information for as long as needed to provide and secure Qdin, subject to operational retention rules. You can update profile and alert information, disconnect integrations, revoke optional AI processing, and permanently delete your account from Profile → Account.
